When I started dieting 2 yrs ago… I started eating beets. It helped me loose weight, helped me with my blood pressure, and it was a detox for me… so I stayed with it.. I was at 185 lbs. and after 6 months I lost 28 pounds…. I ate right and I exercised.. and I had a regimen.. I drunk my beetroot juice 8 oz then 2 bottles of water when I got up. And I did this every morning until I got to my goal weight… I was down to 157lbs… Then I reached 155 lbs… I had to maintained my weight so I continue drinking my juice and exercised…
